This spacious town house can comfortably accommodate four adults and local facilities and attractions are just a five-minute walk away through the town's charming streets. The house is located in a quiet residential street within the rustic charm of the old quarter of the town.
On the ground floor, the open plan kitchen has a four ring electric hob, a full-sized oven, microwave and a family-sized refrigerator/freezer; a separate utility area houses a washing machine and dryer. There is also a dining area with seating for six people and a wood-burning fire and a cloakroom.
The first floor comprises one double and one twin-bedded room, both with great views to the historic town. The main bedroom has its own shower and the shared bathroom has a further shower, twin washbasins and W/C. The lounge/salon has a UK satellite and Spanish TV plus there’s a DVD player with a selection of movies. The large sofa bed turns into an unusually comfortable double bed suitable for 2 adults. All bed linen and towels are provided for your stay. A welcome food box and additional cleaning service are available on request.
The house is perfectly suited to winter rentals and is fitted with a wood-burning fire to the dining area/salon. There are effective oil-filled electric radiators to other rooms and the bathroom has a heated floor and a heated towel rail.
The large roof terrace has stunning views of the town and countryside. It is equipped with two sun lounges, a BBQ and table and chairs for four people for al-fresco dining.
