Situated high above the surrounding countryside and with its spectacular views, it is no surprise to discover that Vejer is prone to extreme weather conditions.  We are blessed with sunshine throughout the year but from October to April, the sunshine can be interrupted by torrential downpours, of damp days when the village is enveloped in cloud and the strong winds of levante and poniente.  All of these have the potential to damage your property, which is why we offer a service from basic house inspections,  right through to supervision of major works.

To help you market your property we offer a completely reliable and personalised service.  When you contact us, we will arrange to view your property, help you establish a price band for rentals and make any suggestions for letting your home.  The rates you charge for your property rental should echo the standard of your furnishings and equipment.

We meet and greet the guests regardless of their time of arrival, and are on hand to deal with any problems that may arise.  We have access to reliable, skilled individuals such as plumbers, electricians, painters, garden and pool maintenance and cleaners.

Key Holding 

We will hold the key to your home and upon your request make them available to guests and tradesmen.  Prices start from 20 euros per month.

 
Property Checks

We will visit your unoccupied property every 7-10 days.  Should problems arise we will provide immediate feedback and deal with them.  Prices  from 40 euros per month.

Grocery Welcome Packs

Basic pack includes water, fresh bread, butter, milk, cheese or chorizo, jam, fresh fruit and fruit juice and costs 25 euros.

Meet and Greet

To welcome your guests and give any special instructions.   From 25 euros.

Changeover Clean

Checking and preparing the property for guests, an after clean and laundry service.  Prices from 8.50 euros per hour.

 
Cleaning

We will give your property a full sweep, mop and polish.  Prices from 8.50 euros per hour.

 
Laundry

After your visit we will clean and iron all linen and towels.

Mail Redirection

An additional service should you require your Spanish post forwarded to you.

Holiday Lettings 
Should you wish to rent out your holiday home but don´t have the time  - we can do it for you.
