Casa Clara is located in the small village of El Soto a 10 minute drive from Vejer de la Frontera. The village has two traditional Spanish bars one of which has a small restaurant and is walking distance to the equestrian centre of Montenmedio which has several restaurants as well as an internationally acclaimed golf course and in February every year, the world famous equestrian "Sunshine Tour" with over 1,500 horses.
This newly built country house, completed in 2007, has 1 bedroom, spacious bathroom, living room and open plan kitchen and dining area. The living room with wood burning stove has two sofa beds, TV and DVD (UK channels only), internet connection and marvellous views through the patio doors to Vejer. The kitchen is fully equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible with a beautiful stone worktop, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster etc.
There is a patio leading off the living room equipped with dining furniture, sunloungers and barbecue. Accessed from outside the front door there is a private roof terrace, utility room with washing machine and a garden shared with the owners. The garden has an array of fruit trees, oranges, plums, grapes and pears which you are welcome to pick from to top up your fruit bowl. The owners of Casa Clara also own the English bookshop in Vejer de la Frontera with over 3000 second hand books, so you may choose some of these books free of charge to read during your stay.
