A beautifully located 4 bedroom villas in the small village of Patria, about 4km north of Vejer offering outstanding panoramic views of Conil and the Atlantic Coast.  The villas can comfortably accommodate 8 guests and has lovely, well tended gardens with a large private swimming pool. 

 Entrance to Las Maravillas is through a covered porch and straight into the large very well equipped kitchen /diner.   There are four spacious bedrooms, 2 doubles and 2 twins with one of the twin bedrooms offering a sofa bed to make a triple bedroom for an extra guest.  There is one fully tiled family bathroom with bath and shower and another large shower room.  The living room is tastefully decorated and has french doors leading out the pool area and a wood-burning stove for cooler months. 

The gardens are extremely well kept and offer a selection of plants and fruit trees.  There are several terraced areas equipped with outside dining furniture for up to 10 people, large barbecue and sunloungers for lazing by the pool. 

The pool area offers a pergola for shade during the heat of the day and the most amazing views of the Atlantic coast.
