Casa Los Remedios is a stylish townhouse in a wonderful location and accommodates up to 12 people.  It has a generous roof terrace with views to Medina Sidonia which can be enjoyed from the comfort of the 8 seater jacuzzi.

   

There are 6 double bedrooms (1 twin) all with bathrooms, 5 of which are ensuite shower rooms. There is also a large bathroom.  Cots and high chairs are provided.  The terrace is well equipped with dining furniture,  sun beds, jacuzzi and BBQ.

 

The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of china and glasses and is fitted with dishwasher,  washing machine, drier,  microwave,  fridge/freezer and CD player.

 

The sitting room is comfortably spacious with satellite TV,  DVD,  CD player and numerous books and games.  Panel heaters have been fitted throughout for the winter months.


   

Included in the rental is a weekly clean and linen change.  Bath towels and beach towels are provided.  Babysitting and catering can also be arranged along with extra housekeeping.
 
The house is easily accessible with parking and taxi rank adjacent.

 

All local amenities including the daily market are within a 2 minute walk yet the house still remains an oasis of calm behind the solid nineteenth century doors.
