Casa Triana is a charming and beautifully reformed 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom patio house with an enormous roof terrace offering amazing views of the Sierra and the Straights of Gibraltar with two communal patios as well. The house can accommodate four people and has a travel cot for smaller guests and can be rented along with Casa Bodega which is located in the same patio for larger groups of up to 6 guests.
The house is located in the casco antiguo and can be entered by two different spacious patios. One patio leads to the living room and the other to one of the bedrooms. The living room with
dining area are decorated in a moorish style and the room has air conditioning for the
summer months and wood burning stove for the winter months with the kitchen just by the front door.
The bedrooms are located off the living room and both have double beds with duvets and high quality bedlinen. There are two fully tiled shower rooms, one located off the living room the other next to the 2nd bedroom. It is a short walk to local shops, retaurants and bars and the heart of the village, Plaza de Espana.
The roof terrace offers amazing views and is equipped with sunloungers, dining table and chairs with umbrella, barbecue and outside shower.
The house is cleaned prior to your arrival but you may arrange for a maid service at extra cost. A welcome food pack can also be arranged at a local cost of 25 euros.
